Price
Prices in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by White Wash until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.

Delivery

We only delivery to the Scottish Islands, UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.  We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.  All parcels will be by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.  Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery. Parcels may require a signature on delivery. If there's no one at home a card will be left to collect from your local post office.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your White Wash Soaps purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges.

  • Full Order Refund: Simply return your full order to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods including the original cost of delivery. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
  • Part Order Refunds: Simply return items to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund for the item(s). We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition.   • Exchanges:Simply return your unopened purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then dispatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order by emailing orders@whitewashsoaps.co.uk quoting your White Wash Soaps order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming dispatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been dispatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.

Complaints/Customer Service

The Purchaser should inform White Wash Soaps immediately of any problems by emailing joanna.white@whitewashsoaps.co.uk or telephoning 07899 787098..  Complaints are taken very seriously by White Wash Soaps and will be dealt with as soon as possible,. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact me on any issue relating to their order by the email listed above. White Wash Soaps operating hours are from 10:00  to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

Any dispute to be governed by UK Law.

Product Variations
Please be aware that product colour and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.
